Ron Parent
Ron Parent joined ATCO Group in 2007 as Senior Director, Organization Development in the corporate Human Resources department. He transferred to ATCO Power in 2008 and was named Vice President, Human Resources on January 1, 2009.
Ron has more than 20 years of domestic and international human resources experience within the energy industry. He is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in ATCO’s Power Generation group with key focuses on leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning and the implementation of an enterprise-wide human resources information system.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management. He has taken numerous Executive Development programs and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
